Faulty display driver

My pc boots up but doesn't shows anything on screen, but when I go to safe mode and uninstall my display driver it starts booting normally, but then the problem persists after 2 or 3 times rebooting. I also get a message saying amd driver stopped working and successfully recovered.
I think this is problem of faulty display driver or windows 10 update. kindly provide me some solution.

It could be that there are old drivers that don't get deleted when you run the uninstall in safe mode, dds will remove all nvidia or AMD drivers so you can start fresh
