Better FPS In-Game

Hey there, didn't know what subject to put this under but I'm having fps issues with my rig. I feel that I should be getting more in games like Arma 3 when I'm only making 20fps. I'm aware its a CPU heavy game. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 and a AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor. Any suggestions may help. Thank You

ive had that exact CPU and i got 20 fps in arma 3 too its the most unoptimised game ever! the good news is the rest of the guys here could tell you how to overclock it. im no expert but i would get a All in one water cooler and overclock your CPU as it is a bit of a bottleneck. but arma will always suck TBH the mods for it are better optimised nobody plays stock arma3.
