When I run anything particularly demanding(most often games but has occurred with FurMark), my PC will turn off immediately without any sort of notification.
In event viewer, the sequence of events leading up to the crash is always
Kernel-Power, event 172 category 203, Connectivity state in standby: Disconnected, Reason: NIC compliance
Critical, Kernel-Power, event 41, category 63, The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
Filtermanager, event 6, File System Filter 'npsvctrig' (10.0, 2016-07-16T13:28:33.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.
FilterManager, event 6, File System Filter 'FileCrypt' (10.0, 2016-07-16T13:22:39.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.
Ntfs (Microsoft-Windows-Ntfs), event 98, Volume C: (\Device\HarddiskVolume4) is healthy. No action is needed.
There have been instances of the NTFS check followed by launch of 'npsvctrig' without a crash. In these instances, the same events occur with the exception of event 41. The error most notably began after replacing my GPU from an AMD 7700HD to my GTX 1070.
I have run checks on the hard drive, reinstalled graphics drivers and turned off 'automatic restart' to no avail. HWMonitor tells my my temperatures are fine. I have run MalwareBytes and AdwareCleaner. The MEMORY.DMP file does not update on crash. Window's reliability history provides no helpful information.
