Is The AOC G2460PF 24 Inch Free Sync Monitor Good?

I found this display while looking for a 144hz monitor and it seems like a insane deal but i'm wondering if it is. It claims it comes with free sync and it is 144 hz with a 1ms response time for (at the time of writing this) $210 USD so if anyone here bought this monitor, tell me your experiences with it and if you recommend and if not another $200-$260 monitor with 144hz and a 1-2ms response time. I have the 27 inch one and it's awesome so I imagine that is too. If you have an amd graphics card.
