Just got a free I5-2500, best LGA 1155 ATX motherboard + RAM + GPU for CIV VI?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a cheap ATX motherboard for a I5 2500 I just got for free; It should have usb 3.0; I will also need a graphic card for playing mainly CIV VI on win 10, maybe try out a FPS or two but nothing too serious.
Lastly, i'll need 8 GB of ram. I've got the case and the SSD already.
Budget is around 400 pounds.

New 1155 motherboards don't exist, as it has been discontinued for around 4 years now. You'll need to go to eBay or something similar and see what's available.

If I were in your shoes, I'd probably eBay the i5 and use that money toward an i3 6100 based system, which will perform better overall and probably cost the same as getting the i5 going.
