Migrating my data from one hard drive to another

My windows 10 is corrupted and I can't find a way to fix, I got a new SSD for my PC so I thought I might be able to transfer all my data and applications from my old hard drive but not the windows software onto the other drive so I can re-download windows.

Try an in place upgrade to fix Windows 10. Then you could just migrate everything over to the SSD.
