USB Devices won't work when they're fully plugged into my USB 3.0 port

Like the title suggests, my USB devices won't work when I fully plug them into my USB 3.0 port. Some don't work at all and some work if I put them in half way and angle them in a weird way.
My laptop is a HP Pavilion 15. Operating System is Windows 10.
Anyone know how to fix it?

Why don't you send it to your manufacture for service? If it is under warranty it should be free
