Should I return monitor?

Just bought the Asus pg348q monitor yesterday at my local frys. I have always had a TN display before and this is my first IPS display so I am new to all of this. During my time I used it is experienced BLB on the screen only with a black background and dark room. I have attached two pictures to show the issue. Should I return or keep it. Thanks!

I thought they recalled that model at some point , I wouldn't keep it.
