Still some screen tearing with v-sync on. New monitor.

Hi, so I recently bought a new monitor and I really love it. It is the LG 24MP68VQ(-P).

But when I turn on v-sync I still have some screen tearing. I play on 75Hz. In Star Wars Batllefront, v-sync doesn't even lock the FPS on 75 and just doesn't do anything..

How can I fix this?

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW.
CPU: Intel i5 4460.
RAM: 16GB.

Are you able to maintain a minimum of 75fps in your games? If you drop under 75fps v-sync will reduce (usually half) your fps. It might be at this point you get screen tearing.

Most of the time, yes. But I also noticed screen tearing when I had 75+ fps with v-sync on.
