How do i get windows when moving to a new computer

Before disassembling my computer it had windows 10 from which I upgraded from Windows 8.1 and it's on my 1tb hdd that I'm installing into my new computer and will i have windows when I boot my computer

If it was windows 10 you will have a good chance that windows on first boot will recognize the new hardware and work fine, you may need to install a few drivers though.

Setup a Microsoft Account and link your current PC to it , then backup whatever you want to save and perform a clean install on your new setup and activate it with your Microsoft account from within windows. Skip the key entry during setup and activate it from within windows with the registered Microsoft Account.

Operation - A major change in hardware may or may not require a full reinstall.
