I recently built a new desktop and ever since i've has extremely long boot times they can be anywhere from 30 seconds to 20 minuets. Sometimes longer. I've tried re-installing windows and it did not fix it. I've tried repairing windows with the windows 10 ISO and it found nothing wrong. I can't figure out why i'm having this issue. My last desktop only took a few minuets at most to boot up.

You have probably Googled the problem already but here is a link to a site with the most common problems causing long boot times

Did you change the motherboard when you did your new build.
If you did then I would check the bios as it sounds like its not set to boot from HDD first and is probably reading the usb slots for any attatched drives !

The 1st one on the page seams to have fixed it for now at least. I restarted my computer twice after disabling fast boot up and it booted in under a minuet both times. But it may not have actually fixed it. My boot up times are a bit random sometimes so the issue might come back. I did google it before but didn't see that page. Thanks for the help. I'll update if the problem comes back.
