I just got a new LG IPS monitor and the borders seem to be messed up, it's as if the screen is moved left and up and leaves a black border from the bottom part of my screen as well as the right. If I full screen chrome, the top part of the screen crops out chrome so I only see a little bit of the tabs and such. I've made an example image of what I mean because if I screen cap the screen it appears as normal.
Edit: OS: Windows 10 | GPU: GTX 970 | Monitor: LG 24MC57HQ-P 23.8"

Sorry about that, OS is Windows 10, GPU is GTX 970, and monitor is the LG 24MC57HQ-P. The monitor doesn't have any buttons to adjust the positioning because it relies on software but I can't find the software that was installed on the PC because it doesn't appear anywhere for me.

Oh, so the button is apparently a joystick that you move around instead of multiple buttons, thanks!
