Sorry if link was wrong - I have since removed it.

It appears RCA are really bad at supporting this unit. Here are a few suggestions you can try: https://www.reddit.com/r/windows/comments/5sb0p7/need_recovery_image_for_rca_cambio_v2_tablet/

this may have been where I got original link from but you could try the file he links to that is purported to be the drivers for the tablet

6 months ago, I had an issue with touchscreen, sensors and camera drivers in the RCA Cambio w101 v1 tablet after upgrading from Win 8 to 10, and resetting Windows 10 using it's built in option. For any who may come across this, just wanted to let you know, RCA has finally put up drivers after months of harassing them. Chalk one up for the squeaky wheel! :)

And in case they remove them, or you just don't feel like emailing them for the drivers (like wtf), I have made a zip folder with all the V1 and V2 drivers in it.

Also,if anyone is wondering why I had to post this here, it's because I received PM's about it over the last 6 months based on my last topic, and though I have replied to them all in PM, I'm reporting the update here too. Cheers folks!

with some searching, I was able to resolve this. When looking at the drivers in Device manager, there is one Intel driver that shows a conflict (Yellow triangle with !). It was something like a low power audio device or similar. Uninstall this driver and check the box to delete it.

After it's deleted, do a new hardware scan and find the unknown driver. From there, update the driver and set it as "Intel SST Audio Device (WDM). At this point I had a Realtek Audio driver and the Intel SST driver. Then I restarted my RCA w101v2 tablet and the sound was back.

After the reset, I now show 2 audio inputs and outputs in Device Manager: (1) "Microphone (Intel SST Audio Device (WDM))" and (2) "Speakers (Intel SST Audio Device (WDM))"

Hope this helps others
