Hello! I'm trying to use two (2) ACER GN246HL monitors on my single GTX 1060, which only has one display port out.

So, because they're both 144hz, what adapter/ is there an adapter I can buy to make this work?

I want them both to run at 144hz simultaneously

Thank you!

The card you linked has 3 Displayports...
But those monitors don't seem to have Displayport, and I don't think HDMI supports 144 Hz. [strike]So you'd basically have to use DVI to get 144 Hz, but I don't know how you're gonna run two monitors.[/strike]

Edit: Derp. As said below, you could do DVI to DVI for one monitor, and DP to DVI for the 2nd monitor.

The card has 1x HDMI, 3x DP & 1x DVI.....

Your monitors are HDMI & DVI

The only way to achieve this would be one via DVI-D to DVI-D and the other being Displayport to DVI-D dual (might have to be an active adapter?).

HDMI to DVI, I think, is limited to 120hz

What if I used two of these? (https://goo.gl/05IcWB)

Would it work both at 144hz?

So two of these (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OQQ2HDC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&smid=A1E9GSK4UTTGKG&th=1)

Two Acer 144hz monitors
and Two DVI Cables

Would allow me to run 2 monitors off my GTX 1060 at 144 hz each?

Well I only game on one monitor, the other is unusued during gaming, maybe just to play a video or something
But i miss the 2nd monitor for general tasking.

Anyway, ill get a second ASUS monitor, and one of these adapters.

Hopefully it all works. Only issue i see is trying to run the display port & dvi at the same time.

Mmk, well if you do a google search you will find other people with 60 + 144 Hz dual monitor who had issues with tearing or stuttering and managed to fix it by tweaking some settings. E.g. https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/4f3rfy/problems_with_60hz_and_144hz_dual_monitor_setup/
But maybe you tried stuff like that already.

What issue do you forsee?

Yeah... pretty much this ^^

*EDIT* Sorry, hadn't clicked 'post'.

I don't think a (relatively) expensive adapter and a new monitor is the answer here. I'd suspect there's another cause.
Ther'es really no need for your non-gaming monitor to be operating at 144Hz.

Well I saw my (current and favorite) monitor was going for cheap here (http://www.ebay.com/itm/252347503477?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)
Unless there is a better option for me, because of the screen tearing.
