Looking for a full size keyboard to replace Apple wired

I switched from OSX to PC a few months ago and I've been looking for a decent keyboard to replace the Apple wired one I'm still using.

Does anyone build a keyboard with the following?

• 
  Fullsize with numpad
  Similar keys and build quality of the Apple keyboard (silent-ish chiclets)
  Bluetooth to allow typing on iPhone

Those are the essentials. Beyond that, backlit doesn't matter, but a wired option would be nice.

I was looking at the Logitech K375s, K780 and K810, but they all seem compromised one way or the other. Using function keys 1-3 for the device switching is not great, the 780 is missing F13-15 and most of the keys below that and the 810 has no numpad.
