TV Monitor Unsupported Mode

I was messing with my computers resolutions and send it to the highest one, just to see what it would be like. My insignia TV now displays unsupported mode. When switching my VGA cord to a older monitor I have it displays fine. How what I fix the display on my TV if I can't see anything when the VGA cord is hooked up to it?

change it to 800x600, that should be supported by the tv
