Will my Windows 10 Education 64-Bit be work at the best with my Intel i5 7600?

It won't mind working with an i5-7600 at all. It is the only OS that MS is making kaby-lake chipset ready anyway. (If you're still using a Skylake chipset, it appears you might be able to get Win 7 or 8(.1) to run kaby-lake too.)
