Steam games (Red Orchetra 2 and Arma 3) keep downloading into wrong C:\User folder

When i first made my PC, my user folder got a weird nae somehow, and changed it, and deleted my old User folder (It really irritated me). But since then some games keep readding that folder, and because of that i cant change anything inside the game. Any help.

it will always read that folder because your username is specific to it

Which user folder are you talking about?
If its the one on Windows Then
changing your windows account name to what you want it to be will work
