Hi. I have built a computer several months ago with very good specs and every now and then, the computer screen turns black fully, makes a ringing noise while repeating any noise that the computer just made for several seconds. This happens often for several minutes after restarting my PC and not at all when I shut down my PC and turn it back on. Also, when the screen goes back to normal, it is usually tabbed out for several seconds from any game I might be playing and then tabs it back in. After reading some posts here, I've noticed the issue might be the motherboard but, I have no idea at this point what it could be because the sound is the same every time and so it is obviously a warning sound of some sort. I can't seem to find the issue as the CPU and GPU temps and usage are normal.
