Resolution Issue RX480

I recently had to switch to another monitor and the resolution on this thing is really weird. It's some vizio TV, not sure anything else about it. I've gone through every resolution windows shows and have updated my graphics driver again. I have an RX 480 running the latest drivers if that helps

The model# will be on a label on the back of the tv. Without it all we can do is guess. Try 1280x720 30hz then if that works try 60hz. if that works try 1920x1080 30hz then 60hz
