Having Trouble With Installing Windows 10

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking time to read this. I just finished building my pc and I am trying to install windows. At the screen where do you want to install windows I clicked on my hdd and next. An error pops up saying "We couldn't install Windows in the location you chose. Please check your media drive. Here's more info about what happened 0x080300002 Any help would be amazing thank you!

one fix is to remove any other drives from PC while you installing and only have the C drive in there
