CANNOT find bluetooth settings in device manager or anywhere on my computer. Please help

I have checked devices manager, the settings for windows 10 (my operating system) and I cannot find anything that says bluetooth. It is not a huge need of mine, to have devices connect to my computer via bluetooth and feel like this should be an easy fix. However, I cannot seem to find a solution. In case you need it, my wireless adapter card is a TP-Link Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Adapter (TL-WDN4800) I believe. Any help please?

Update: Also, if this helps, please find the correct bluetooth driver I can download if that's what I end up needing.

The WND4800 doesnt have bluetooth its a wifi adapter

Wireless and BT are not the same thing

You need to buy a usb bluetooth adapter.

The bluetooth is a physical thing.
