How can I install windows 7 on top of 10 and dual boot?

Hi! I am currently having some problems with windows 10 and I would like to know how I can dual boot windows 10 with windows 7, but install windows 7 on top of 10 and dual boot 7&10. Oh and 7 would be on a different hard drive if that changes anything.

Connect HDD#1: Install Windows 10
Disconnect HDD#1

Connect HDD#2: Install Windows 7
Reconnect HDD#1

When you go to start your PC it should give you the option to choose which operating system you'd like to start.

Just make sure both of them are not connected at the same time when installing one OS to their respective drives. Made that mistake lmao and I hated it
