LOOKING FOR: fan controller software Windows 10 (Asus Maximus V Gene)

I'd like your recommendations on the topic of decent software to control both cpu and chassis fans.
I'm using an h100i and am facing some issues with after market fans. So now the two fans attached to the radiator are connected to the 'cpu fan' and 'cpu_opt' headers on the mobo.
I've given up on Corsair Link, it's nothing but trouble. Case fans are, naturally, connected to the 'cha-fan*x*' headers.

or your bios?

depends on the motherboard of course--mine for example allows custom fan curves for all fans in the bios
