Costum air CPU cooler

Hello guys!
I would like to hear as many opinions, suggestion and thoughts as I can about custom air CPU coolers.
I was thinking about buying Hyper 212 EVO and replacing it's fan with NF F12 INDUSTRIALPPC 3000 PWM or SP120 HIGH PERFORMANCE or MASTERFAN PRO AIR PRESSURE. What do you think? Would it perform better?
Any shared experience from "CPU cooler expert" would be greatly appreciated.
Plus an additional question: is ARCTIC MX-4 a good thermal paste or is there a better one in it's price range (5$)?

I would say Deepcool GRAMMAXX 400, cheaper than 212 EVO and similar performance.
or CRYORIG H7. little more expensive than 212 EVO but worth the money.
replacing cooler fan is not necessary. and most of time will not worth the extra cost, especially for a low end cooler.

since you gone go with eu versin that fan could run at 2000 rpm try to get a nother fan in to made push pull that will reduce temp about a few degres also it come with paste but the mx 4 as spare paste is a good thing check my specs and cpu run around 28 c for now and never go over 50 c on load .
