Windows wont load correctly.

My windows 10 wont fully load after signing in i get a black background black task bar with start cortana and few other icons on the right side of the screen with the time being off about a min or 2 and for desktop icons I only see recycle bin and drop box. I have only gotten up my task manager once and it said disk is 100%. Its a Lenovo Y500 laptop. What can I do to fix this?

Maybe try some things like clear your RAM. Maybe the disk is faulty and slow. You can go to a nearby pc store maybe? Then could check it for ya and say what has te be replaced for a new good working laptop.

You must test your HDD , because i suspect it is faulty.You can do it in 3 ways:
-Free windows software->http://www.hdtune.com/download.html
-Linux Live cd->Download make a bootable cd or usb and then run smart test from there.
