Windows 10 visio pro 2013 install error

I need to install visio 2013 pro for school but every time I try to install it I get an error

I search for some fixes I tried renaming the microsof.help and restart and try it again but I keep getting the error. I also tried to install it on a other disk in my laptop but it didn't work.

I hope you guys have some fixes for me beceause I need the 2013 version the 2010 and 2016 work but I dont need them and my teacher only want to check diagrams from the 2013 version

How did you know Visio 2010 and 2016 work? Do you have and have tried all of those? I thought Visio is quite expensive and you have to rebuy everytime you need certain version.
You have really all of those 3 versions 2010, 2016 and 2013?

I have only the visio 2007 and plan to stick with it till the day I die rather than having to spend money again for the newer version.

I got them from my school we get that for free and I tried the 2010 and 2016 they worked and 2013 that I need won't work

try using 2016 and save as 2013.
