After used hours, When I press shutdown, It's not completely shutdown on my laptop.

Hi, I am using a Laptop Dell Vostro 5470 with the cup core i5 4210U. In Windows event viewer have a lot of warning about Kernel-Processor-Power (ID 37) and lots Error message in DistributedCOM (ID 10016). What I really want to ask is, When I use my computer for hours and use some graphic apps or game when I shu

tdown my computer, It still not shutdown at all, the fan still working and the power bottom still have a light on it. But in contrast, When I restarted, completely shutdown. I don't know why it happened. I used to see this a lots on another laptop computer with new generation, especially dell. I really appreciate for being help. oh I forget to tell one more thing, I use Windows 10 latest builds now. Thanks!!!

Sounds like a windows issue so I' guessing Win10 and moving this there for you.
