Anyone familiar with BENQ XL2420-B 24inch 144hz?

Some guy is selling a 2nd hand BENQ XL2420-B 24inch 144hz for 170dollars.
I can't find any review with regards to this monitor anyone think it is legit?

Yes it is legit. It is a gaming monitor but the official brand is T series but yours on B series. Is there any problem regarding this? Is this monitor not working?

I'll pick it up this weekend and test if it has issues. Do you think it is worth to buy this for 170 dollars.

Depends his old , its a 2012-2013 manufactured model originally.
If its 5 years old then no , a couple if years d then yes.

Trouble is (unless he still has receipt/invoice) theres no way of telling how long he's had it.

yes, i think it is a 2012 model.. so should i just stick to my initial plan of buying a brandnew LG IPS 1080p 75hz freesync monitor for 150$?

Choice is yours mate , the benq was a very good gaming monitor in its day.

Like I said though no idea of screen-on time.
Very likely out of warranty & screens generally can just go from working fine to kaput .
Lot of money for something that may gave had a lot of use, dont think $170 is particularly cheap myself.

You can get an lg 27inch 76htz for $179 new.
