Has anyone else had this problem?
I have now had 2 separate orders at Newegg that I used Purch Perks for go completely wrong. On 12/16/2016 I placed an order through Newegg using Purch Perks for 1350.92 This order was placed as a single order from a single cart. For some reason newegg split the order, 1 item for $65.98 and the rest $1,284.94. And I only got purch perks credit for the $65.98. I have submitted a ticket with Purch Perks but so far have seen no resolution. Then just recently I made another large purchase for $603.70 and the same thing happened again. I'm very aggravated at this point.
I just tried to use the "Contact Us" for this website and submit this same complaint and I got an "Internal Error" from their form
