1060 for battlefield 1: good enough for ultra settings 60fps+ on 1080p?

I'm having a hard time deciding between the GTX 1060 and the GTX 1070 because while the GTX 1070 is a pretty nice GPU it's also quite expensive in here so i don't know if i should grab it or not. I want to play modern games on ultra/very high settings with at least 60 fps on my 1080p screen.

The GTX 1060 6GB and RX 480 8GB run BF1 at ~70-80 fps at Ultra settings, however the game requires a very strong processor to actually keep it at those framerates in multiplayer. You might drop to ~45-50 fps at times if you don't have a recent Intel i7 CPU.

The CPU is the bigger issue. I reply to several threads a day about CPU bottlenecking in BF1. I suggest a i7 3.2GHZ or better for BF1. It just slays i5s and a lot of AMDs offerings.
