Hi guys, I am trying to connect my PC Desktop to a 1080p monitor and a 4K HDR TV (extended screen). I need to know if it will work. First I am not even sure if my desktop is powerful enough to output 4K. I tried picking 4K resolution under the PC display settings but my desktop looks so shrinked on my TV, but it would look fine when I pick 1080p.

My hardware specs:
- PC: Dell Studio XPS 8100 Intel Core i7 -870 processor(8MB Cache, 2.9 3GHz)
6GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz 2X2GB/ 2X1GB
Win7

- Video Card: GTX650 (http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650/specifications)
- A 1080p monitor
- Sony X930D 4K HDR TV

@Herc08 @Snipergod87

Good to know that the card can do 4K as stated on their site. But is my PC specs okay to do 4K? And when I extend the screen as 4K to the TV, the screen is only showing in the very middle of the TV, it's like shrinked down to 20% or something lol.

And yes I am connecting it through HDMI cable. This one (http://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=102&cp_id=10255&cs_id=1025506&p_id=12962&seq=1&format=2). But my video card only has a mini hdmi port, so I am also using a mini hdmi to regular hdmi connector.

So How do I make it fit to screen with 4K output?

Thanks peeps.

I see! Another question is... Is it possible to output 1080p for my monitor and 4K for my TV from my PC? Thanks

So after I played around in the Nvidia Control Center, should I also make changes under the PC's display settings? Or they are synced together somehow?
