HELP when I start pc no beep and my monitor won't turn on and no HDD light

So this started happening a couple days ago i moved my computer to a friends house about 40 miles away it worked fine there i moved it back to my house thats where the problem began when i turn my computer on all the lights come on and fans work fine but no usual beep the HDD light won't turn on and the monitor stays dark i tried switching the spots of the RAM sticks this was a temporary fix because when i was done i shut my computer off and the next day i went to turn it back on and same thing happened I'm 99.9 precent sure that the graphics card is seated properly I'm starting to think that my hard drive might have gotten bumped to hard during the move because its making a clicking noise if anyone could help that would be great

Try re-seating all components, including CPU. Shocks during transport might damage the board, if heavy CPU heatsink.

i will try once i get home I'm just really hoping its not he hard drive cause I'm getting the click of death

Sounds like hard drive. Hirens Boot Disk may fix that but hard to use if you don't know how.
