So I've been playing wow for quite a while and love my occasional private servers, now the vanilla wow private server Nostalrius really made me interested and I started playing. But lately my pc has just been freezing with black screen anywhere from instant when loading into the game to 10 minutes from playing. I have no idea what is causing it and it happends with every private server I try even different clients.
I have tried windows repair from tweakers.com, updating drivers, checking temps of my GPU and checking usage on CPU but none of these seem to help.
What happens is that my screen turns black, The sound stops and then comes back but in a very distorted way and keeps looping every 0.1 second.

My specs are:
PSU:Corsair CS750M
CPU:Intel I5-4690 3.50 GHZ
OS:Windows 10 HOME 64 bit
RAM:8192 DDR3 HyperX RAM
GPU:AMD radeon r9 290x
Motherboard:MSI Z97 GAMING 3

After looking through the forums I see some people having kinda similar problems and they claim its the PSU, but is 750 watt not enough for my setup?

My radeon version is 16.12.1 and in dxdiag graphics driver version is 21.19.384.0

Ok then. If the updated driver doesn't work, I'd try rolling back to a version driver since before that 3 months mark. I have a relative that plays this game neverwinter. Ever since crimson came out, his game wouldn't run properly. I rolled back his driver to some date in 2015 and that solved the issue. It's worth a shot.

No, it wont make any harm to your computer but if during this test your computer restarts that means your PSU cant provide enough power(or its broken) to your PC components and you need to replace it :D
