Solution
No you dont have to use an installer. There's a recovery partition on your hard drive. Go to Recovery in settings and choose restart now under advanced options.

You could always download the Windows ISO and write it to a USB and use the recovery tool (not reinstall Windows) on that instead https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

You dont need a physical copy of Windows anymore. You definitely have corrupt system files tho. That Windows update should fix itself. Its known to get delayed and there can be a wait until you reconnect to complete it.

Your links are showing as broken to me, BUT...

You can't use device manager.

Go to Nvidia's website and select the specific driver for your card.
Problem solved!

That's definitely the problem (that last pic). You probably have corrupted graphics drivers. Try to get that Win update to finish, but you may have to be patient. If that error is still there after 24 hours then try running an OS repair from Windows settings>Recovery>Advanced Startup

Thanks to you for you help with windows recovery, my windows were really messed up, i upgraded from 7 to 10 , i had some problems in my 7 version, but i seemed like clean upgrade.. Well it was not.. So my device manager is working properly now, and windows seems to be working a bit faster. Aswell as NVidia install is working, everything is 100x better. Aswell i managed to save all my settings and files. Thank you Sir!
