So I recently bought a Samsung 4K TV, Samsung UN65KU6500 to be exact. Now all the HDMI ports are HDMI 2.0.
Using a R9 390 and I know the HDMIs aren't 2.0 so I ordered a Display port 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 and it's still stuck at 30Hz.

I've tried custom resolutions but it won't work at all, I've set my HDMI to PC mode on my TV and turned on UHD Mode on my TV. When I set my PC resolution to 3820x2160 it says 60Hz but in games it's still capped at 30Hz, 3840x2160 and 4096x2160 say 30Hz though I've been trying for a few days if anyone can help me with this. I've tried CRU and that seems to just break everything, unsure if I'm using it right.

PS - Cables I ordered

Solution
I have a slightly different Samsung, but when you say all your HDMIs are 2.0, at least on mine, they're all 3840x2160, but only the first HDMI is 60hz. Check and make sure the HDMI that you're using is 60hz.
