Dual monitor: 144hz and 60hz

So i have two monitor, one is lg24gm77 with refresh rate of 144hz and a good response time (less than 1ms) which will be my primary monitor (for gaming and such if u know what i mean) and will be using a dvi cable. My other monitor is a toshiba powertv, which have 60hz and a bad response time (30ms+ i think) and will be using hdmi.
So my question is will my lg24gm77 suffer in response time. ? Because im using dual monitor with a bad response time monitor. ? My second monitor will usually be used for just browsing while i play game in my primary monitor. And what about the refresh rate. ? Will it locked to 60hz. ? No, it will not restrict your 144hz monitor. I have a 144hz and a 60hz monitor. They both work fine.
