Description of the problem: Randomly the pc starts to going choppy audio and video and dont stop.The sound sounds in fragments, the video on games and even desktop goes too slow(games 10/20 varies for what game)and the desktop is slow as hell, the processor ranp up from idle 5/7% to 40/60% doing nothing!.The graphics card is idle and fine, the temps for gpu and cpu is fine no over 40ºC even on choppy.All the 4 slot ram is the same, the 3 hdd is fine and have plenty of free memory.
The only thing i noticed is in task manger System interruption goes up,
the program "latencyMon" shows some interesting data

PC:
AMD Fx8150 @3.6ghz downclocked from my settings(4.3ghz)
Drr3 4x4gb 1600 corsair
Gigabyte ga-990fxa ud3 rev 1.2
Gtx660 2gb
Corsair 750 gold+ bronze
cooler master thing(idk the name of cpu refrigerator)
a case with 4 huge fans.
This system is old but can keep with the os and with some new game titles.

Things i doed: update all drivers, reinstall all drivers,exit every app opened,doed a stress test on cpu and gpu(both ok for 40min stables).
I haved this problem since i buyed the pc, the "store" refuses to change and diagnostic my pc, this problem goed worst on a week ago, every day i get the choppy thing, but before was 1 month interval(or so)
