Best monitor for reading with sensitve eyes?

I have sensitive eyes, my problem with a lot of monitors is the text doesn't seem crisp and it causes me eye strain when reading.

I would preferably like to spend no more than $400 and I dont think I can go bigger than 24 inches ideally I would like 21-23

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Something like these would be fine. Assuming you're using it for general desktop use and not gaming. I'd also get f.lux (free program) to reduce blue light, makes reading (especially at night) a lot easier on the eyes.
