TP-link wireless adapter not recognised

I'm building my first pc and everything is going fine until I come to connecting the Internet connection. ( the green light on the adapter is on) However the pc does not recognise the adapter for me to install the utility and driver.

I have no CD drive
I know my model ( TP-Link archer T8E) is not compatible with Windows 10 which I'm using but apparently I can still use it?
I have no internet obviously
And I'm connecting to an existing modem downstairs wirelessly

So my question is: how do I install the driver and utility without CD? The instructions say to download from website.... But I have no internet connection so I can't.

Do I install the driver and utility onto another pc that has wifi and transfer it across to the new pc?

No you'll have to get the install file somehow. You cant install it on something else then transfer it across

You're here now and online. Download it. If this is the adapter, then there are Win10 drivers for it
