So my computer keeps shutting itself down(not overheating)

So this started about a couple of weeks ago and I didn't really think anything of it, but it's became quite frequent and annoying as it usually happens while I'm in the middle of a game.

So without any warning the screen will freeze(for about a second) then it will completely restart itself. I have checked the temps of everything while I'm playing a game and they aren't anything above average.
