IPS 60hz vs TN 120hz

Hello. The question is simple: IPS 60hz or TN 120hz-144hz
I'm not planing to spend a lot of money on the monitor ( not more than 300 EUR)
And I'm not super competitive (Overwatch competitive mode is most competitive I will ever get )
So that in mind what is better for the overall experience: IPS witch gives more juicy colors or TN witch will give more smoothness.
And can you suggest an IPS or TN monitor 24'' 1080p

Honestly if you're primarily playing fast paced shooters and racers and sports games the TN serves you better as you just don't notice the beauty around you anyway and the downsides of IPS are far more annoying in this setting (lower refresh rates, higher reaction time, backlight bleed)

Otherwise an IPS is the way to go (or even a VA)
