Best cloth for cleaning led lcd screen

Hi all, I've seen that people recommend using those microfiber cloths but here's the question... I've seen some cloths thicker than others... For example I just came from a car accessories store and I found microfiber cloths from sonax, but they were very thick like a bathroom towel... Would it be the same? I mean... Microfiber its microfiber anyway? Or should I only look for those very thin microfiber clothes instead (like the ones used for cleaning glasses) thank you
