sound stopped working idk why

i have a logitech G933 Artemis spectrum headset and today the sound randomly stopped working on it idk why, i know its not the headset speakers because i can hear when the headphones turn on the startup sound. i uninstalled the software for them and restarted my computer and it worked again for like 15 mins then stopped again. please help
