I am doing a project using thermal imaging and I need one that is not crazy expensive(under 200). It needs to see at least to 10 feet away and have 5 frames per second, with a video res of at least 20x20(doesnt need to be much because of the project I am doing). Was wondering if it is, and how would it be achievable to do so. It also can have just a wire output(itll later one be used with a receiver and transmitter) It also is fine if it is a DIY one like using the arduino. Thanks!

FLIR makes some great thermal imaging cameras as well as accessories for iphones and a good amount of android phones. I would say that is the best option, the flir one is a pretty high quality camera and has quite a bit of functionality.
