Games are not running full res on X34 with additional displays.

I have an X34 (display port) , two Asus 24" (display port) and an older Acer 24" (HDMI).

I just added the two Asus, I was running 3 with the aforementioned two Acers and old ancient Samsung. Since adding these two I can no longer play games at 3440x1440 on my X34. The resolution is maxxing out at 1920x1080 on all games.

I'm running a EVGA GTX 1080 Hybrid FTW Edition, complete stock.

No idea. Have you made sure the monitor drivers are installed? Have you chosen the X34 as the primary display? That's all which comes to my mind.
