Hello!

As the title says i have a $2000CAD budget to build my new pc. Currently i am running a gtx 760 twin frozr edition with a amd fx 6300 prebuilt system that i bought a few years ago from cyberpowerpc. I'd like to ideally get as good as pc as possible with my $2000 budget that can play anything i feel like playing on pc, from smite- high end games like ghost recon wildlands when it comes out, as well as being able to stream on occasion when i feel like it.

My room gets kind of dusty because i have a fan when it gets hot, so i'd need dust filters covering the fans. My current case is open on the top other then some slide ventilation that the dust eventually drops thru.

Any and all help is appreciated, i kind of know what i'm looking for when it comes to parts but i dont know enough to get the best bang/performance for my buck.

Thanks in advance

Chris

CPU - You have the budget for an i7.
MB - Look toward the B250 or H270 chipsets with four memory slots. Two now and two for a future upgrade.
MEM - The chipsets above are "limited" to DDR4-2400.
SSD - If the Samsung EVO was priced lower it would be the one to go with. As it stands, look toward the Crucial below or the Sandisk X400.
GPU - XFX, Seasonic the EVGA G2 / G3 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html

The Define S comes with two 140mm fans, mount both to the front. If you have any extra one fan from your old build, mount it to the back where one of the Fractal Design fan was. Special price for the Define S w/Window ending soon though.

With this config, any game that give your trouble is almost guaranteed to be the developer's fault.

Would the stock cooler be sufficient enough for keep the i7 cool under full load?

It sounds like an i5 or i7 would be best for the CPU performance-wise, 16GB of RAM, SSD, tier 1 PSU and at least a GTX 1070.

For anti-dust, it is best to have positive pressure airflow. This means constantly having more air inside the case than outside so any stray air not being blown by fans will automatically go away from the case and take the dust with it. This way the only dust getting into the case is through the intake fans and so long as they have decent filters on them you're fine. It is worth saying as well that the less air going through the case, the less dust is going with it so cooler running components and big heatsinks which require less airflow to be effective are helpful.

The Silverstone RV series are designed for positive pressure/dust prevention and have excellent cooling, maybe look at something like this:

That would have good performance for the price, be low on dust and pretty quiet as well.

EDIT: I should mention this case is a bit weird to work in, not a conventional layout.
