post malware removal problems

accidentally downloaded virus/malware then got rid of it all no problems but then i realized cant connect to google/youtube and recaptch doesn't load not even on non browsers that require it

Obviously,you didn't get rid of all of it. Don't know what you ran, but run MalwareBytes full scan.

Reinstall Google. Use an AV like Avira and run a full scan.

Run sfc/ scannow and see if it picks up corrupted files.
