Broken Drive - need help on PCB SWAP

I have a Seagate Momentus 5400 that failed on me several years ago brand new so naturally I trusted it would last a while. Of course I had no backup and it failed within 6 months. It spins up no problem but goes click click click click click click while spinning. after about 30 seconds it'll just shut down. I held onto it for years thinking that someday I'd find some time to do something with it. I always figured I'd attempt a platter swap....I'm an adventurous guy and all I'd lose is a lot of music, everything else on the drive I had managed to restore from an old formatted drive. Before I go that route though I was looking at some other options and I don't know why it never crossed my mind to swap PCB boards. This is something I've done for other drives why it escaped me this time is unknown. Now with a new potentially safer path to restoring the drive I'm running into some little logistical issues. When the drive died I did manage a warranty from Seagate which I was going to use as my donor. The other night I swapped out the PCB boards and no dice, neither drive would spin up. See the drive details below. pretty much the drive itself is exactly the same all the details match up pretty closely, but the PCB do not. The tags and the chips on the board are totally different, plus on my original drive where it connects to the drive itself looks a little burnt See the pic. Thinking this may be part of the issue.

So my question is when looking at PCB boards what information from my drive and PCB board need to match the donor? If someone can just highlight the fields I need to look for that would make this search a whole lot easier and hopeful.
