Delete OS from old harddrive, to use as storage drive

I just took a harddrive from a laptop and hooked it up to my desktop PC. It's shown as "system reserved" with capacity of 99.9mb and no files or folders. How do I go about deleting everything off of this and use it as a storage drive in my desktop??

If you go to disk management you can delete that partition and add it to the other space you use to store files on

Use MiniTool Partition and just format the whole drive;

Open Disk Management, delete the unwanted partition and modify the existing partition to add that space into it. Otherwise you can create it as a newone.

You guys say you can add it to the existing space, but stay if your new OS is on a ssd, and the old os you want to delete for space is on an old hdd, not a ssd. I want to delete windows 7 off my old 1tb hdd and use it as space
